Atlantica is proud to support our local farms, fisheries & suppliers. Area farmer's markets are a regular event on Saturdays and Wednesdays where produce, foraged mushrooms, artisan cheeses and local poultry are purchased.

Atlantica makes every effort to obtain seafood from sustainable and local sources, and refrains from those fishes that are showing signs of decline in their ocean habitat.
